Natalie oversees the day-to-day operations at Severnview Home Improvements, ensuring every project runs smoothly from the first enquiry through to completion. With a background as a lecturer, she brings excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills to the business. Natalie manages customer service, operations, marketing, finance and project coordination, always striving to provide an outstanding experience for every customer. She is passionate about helping the business grow while maintaining the family values and personal service Severnview is known for.

Fun Fact: Before joining the home improvement industry, Natalie worked as a lecturer, so if the team aren't paying attention, they still risk getting homework!

Dmitrijs is Severnview Home Improvements' dedicated Estimator, responsible for preparing accurate quotations, ordering products and ensuring every project is planned with precision. With extensive experience in the window and door industry, he has a keen eye for detail and works closely with both customers and suppliers to make sure every quote is competitive, accurate and tailored to each project. His methodical approach helps ensure every installation starts on the right foot.

Fun Fact: Outside of work, Dmitrijs is a keen boxer. Whether he's in the ring or preparing quotations, he believes success comes from discipline, focus and always staying one step ahead!

Reece is one of Severnview Home Improvements' experienced installers, dedicated to delivering high-quality workmanship on every project. From windows and doors to conservatories and roofline products, he takes pride in ensuring every installation is completed to the highest standard. Friendly, reliable and detail-oriented, Reece enjoys seeing customers' reactions when their home transformation is complete and works hard to leave every property clean, tidy and looking its very best.

Fun Fact: If Reece isn't fitting windows, you'll almost certainly find him watching football, talking about football or planning his next match!

Jake is an important part of the Severnview Home Improvements installation team, supporting our fitters to ensure every project runs smoothly from start to finish. Hard-working, reliable and always willing to learn, he helps deliver the high standards of workmanship and customer service that Severnview is known for. Whether it's preparing materials, assisting with installations or making sure every site is left clean and tidy, Jake is committed to getting the job done right.
